Live, from Washington: Science Speaks will give onsite conference coverage through week

By on .

In the coming days, Science Speaks will be live-blogging from the 2012 International AIDS Conference in Washington, DC. In addition to breaking news on the research, discoveries and advances unveiled at the Conference, we’ll be getting responses and perspectives from those most affected and involved. John Donnelly will bring us a series of Q &A’s with leaders in science, policy and advocacy, and we will also bring insights from those living with the epidemic around the world.

We will be following the evidence that the epidemic can be ended, looking out for news on new steps in treatment as prevention, preexposure use of antiretroviral medicine, advances in access and uptake of male circumcision, tuberculosis and HIV screening and treatment, and more, as well as policy and decision-makers’ responses to all of these.
